This plan is modeled after our Albemarle giving us the same lifestyle in smaller square footage. This plan can also add a 5th bedroom suite on the first floor without expanding the footprint. That means big savings and lots more value. The master suite is one of our best for sure. We think this plan will budget friendly allowing plenty of room for lifestyle upgrades.
